What we do
QualiFood is a Chilean consulting firm specialized in the food industry. We support entrepreneurs, SMEs, and food plants with sanitary regularization, food safety, certification preparation, and operational productivity improvement.
How we work
We start from a concrete diagnosis of each business — we do not apply the same recipe to every client. From there, we define a realistic work plan together with the client, support implementation, and leave installed capability in the internal team instead of creating permanent dependence on the consulting firm.
What we don’t do
We do not grant sanitary authorizations or certifications — those are issued by the competent health authority and accredited certification bodies, respectively. We also do not perform laboratory analysis directly; when a project requires it, we coordinate with specialized external laboratories. Our role is advisory, preparatory, and supportive.
